Ex-Change Parts specialize in helicopter support and offer a broad range of products for sale and exchange. With more than 2000 customers worldwide, including most major helicopter operators and maintenance organizations, we are one of the global industry leaders in aftermarket helicopter parts distribution.

Over 70 000 Line items in Stock

Ex-Change Parts specialties includes services to the Airbus and Leonardo platforms in general and the AS332/EC225 (Super Puma family), AS365/EC155 (Dauphin family) as well as the Leonardo AW139 models. Our 4 000 square meter warehouse plus two hangars holds more than 70 000 line items, sourced from over 50 surplus inventories purchased and more than 20 part-out projects. With quick RFQ response time, well documented parts, competitive pricing, AOG service and expedite delivery, Ex-Change Parts can meet the most demanding customer needs in the market.

Our History

Ex-Change Parts was established in 1999 by Göran Edgren, based in Borlänge, Sweden, and Reidar Andersen, based in Flateby, Norway. Both had over 30 years experience in the helicopter industry and were already selling helicopter parts and components. Since Sweden is a member of the EU, a new warehouse was placed in Borlänge, while sales were done both from Norway and Sweden. By 2003, the company had purchased so many helicopter surplus parts inventories that a larger warehouse was established on the local airport in Borlänge, where Ex-Change Parts is still located today. In 2006, Erik Edgren initiated a sales office in Stockholm, Sweden. In 2009, the Edgren family purchased all shares from Reidar Andersen and all company operations were moved to the Swedish locations.

Ex-Change Parts´ large stock of line items of helicopter parts, components and tooling are available both for purchase and exchange for same day dispatch from Sweden to anywhere in the world. Non-stock items we can usually source efficiently, so you are always welcome to contact us with any requirement. Overhaul and Repair Management

Ex-Change Parts has a closely monitored and managed network of more than 50 EASA- and FAA-approved component repair stations all over the world. These are picked to provide the best quality, lead time, price, and customer support on the market. With our large volumes of repairs, we can benefit and pass on cost savings from agreed discounts and consolidated shipments. Furthermore, by actively managing the repair process and foremost the parts provisioning, we can ensure that all repairs are cost-effective.

Inventory Management

Inventory control can easily become a costly burden on any operation as stock values increase and tie up important funds. Ex-Change Parts can provide expert assistance in solving your inventory management challenges and market valuable items to the most eligible third party. Whether it is the identification of items, time-consuming listing of inventory, world-wide marketing or disposal of surplus inventory, Ex-Change Parts can assist. For the highest return on your assets and to fit your future needs we offer two different options of inventory management: Inventory Consignment and Purchase of your Inventory.

Inventory Consignment

In this option Ex-Change Parts will assist in the sale of helicopter inventory. We provide secure handling and our in-house warehouse stock whole aircraft, engines, and spares inventories. With a long term, well-established global helicopter industry marketing presence, we offer a worry-free support system for you to sell consignment helicopter inventory.

Purchase of your Inventory

This option is the fastest way to get a good financial return of your surplus inventory. You sell the products you don´t need to Ex-Change Parts. We have years of experience in valuating, inspecting, and purchasing surplus inventories world-wide and will offer you a fair price and a smooth sales process.
